W2 and 1042-S Tax Forms Now Online

The 2009 W2 and 1042-S tax forms are now available on TechWorks, along with prior year forms. A hard copy will also be mailed to your address of record the week of January 25th.

To access these forms online, log on to TechWorks, go to Payroll and Compensation and click on the link to “Print W2” or “Print 1042”.

  • If you are paying tax with your 1040 filing or receiving too large a refund, you can use the IRS Withholding Tax Calculator to determine how you should change your W4. You can change your W4 or G4 any time during the year via TechWorks.
