In an effort to ensure that your 2011 W-2s are mailed accurately, please take a couple of minutes to verify that your home address and social security number are up-to-date.  This task can be accomplished by logging into TechWorks.  Navigate to “Employee Self Service”, select the “Payroll & Compensation” link, then select the “W-4 Tax Information” link; verify that the address and social security number are correct.

If the home address is incorrect, navigate to Employee Self Service, select the “Personal Information” link, select the “Home and Mailing Address” link, and then select the “edit” button to correct the address.  If the social security number is incorrect, please bring your social security card to the Customer Services Center in OHR to have the number corrected.
