| Biweekly Time Entry | NEW:This instructor-led, hands-on class is an overview of payroll policies and procedures regarding biweekly employees. Participants learn how to manage/process time documents and use HRMS reports for data entry verification and tracking. This class includes learning how to use the online vacation calculator to report any vacation payout that employees may receive after their retirement/termination. This two-day class is required for HR PeopleSoft access. | This instructor-led, hands-on course will teach you how to navigate TechWorks-PeopleSoft to view HRMS data by department or individual employee. Using interactive scenarios, participants will learn how to find employee/department data, such as personnel transactions, employee records, and position management records. This class is required to gain access to the HR-PeopleSoft panels (Workforce Administration).

| HR Ad-Hoc Mailing Lists (Tutorial only) | Tutorial only. The OHR sponsored Ad-Hoc Mailing List Tool enables authorized users to generate lists containing employee name, job title, home department name and mail code, campus phone number, and campus e-mail address. The user can select from a list of departments and employee categories, and the output file can be in Excel, fixed-length text, or HTML format.
