Changes in 2011 Payments and Withholding

Employees and retireess may see changes in 2011 payments and withholdings.  The Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization and Job Creation Act of 2010, enacted on December 17, 2010, included several changes impacting workers’ take-home pay and retirees’ net pension checks for 2011
