Techworks Unavailable Beginning at 5 p.m. on May 11 through 7 a.m on May 14

WHAT IS HAPPENING?
The Techworks portal, PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft HR services will be unavailable to facilitate the PeopleTools 8.51 Application Upgrade. These services will be unavailable between Friday, May 11, at 5 p.m. until Monday, May 14, at 7 a.m.

WHO IS AFFECTED BY THIS INTERRUPTION?
All users of Techworks employee self-service portal and the PeopleSoft HR and Financial applications will be unable to access these services during the maintenance window defined with exception of those assisting in the upgrade and cut-over tasks.This upgrade will also impact users access of the following applications:

  • BuzzMart
  • Travel & Expense Reimbursement
  • TimeOut
  • Applicant Tracking System
  • ALL Employee Self-Service

Additionally, users who access the oracle databases supporting the applications above (HPROD/FPROD/PAPROD), may also notice brief periods of service interruption during the maintenance window defined above.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Services will be fully restored at the completion of the upgrade and users are advised to clear browser cache before attempting to re-access.

A notice will be sent to the recipients of this announcement once maintenance tasks complete and services are restored to normal.
