To celebrate National Employee Health & Fitness Day, Go T.E.C.H. will be hosting free ExpressFit classes for GT employees on Tuesday, May 15 at 12:00 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. These classes are open to all GT employees, meaning you do not need to be a CRC member to participate, but non-members will have to register for the class at the Member Services Desk.

Go T.E.C.H. will also host the Georgia Tech Faculty & Staff Health Fair in the Student Center Ballroom for a fourth consecutive year on Wednesday, May 16. The health fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will have vendors from around the Atlanta area offering their services. The event is completely free and is only for informational and advertising purposes. Vendors will not have their products for sale at the fair. Services at the fair include chair massages, screening, and fitness demos. Go T.E.C.H.'s mission is to promote healthy living and utilitization of resources on and off campus in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
