New Leadership Transition Workshop

This workshop is designed to eliminate as much as six months of "settling in" time and is most effective when held within a new leader's first thirty days in the position. Upon completion of the process participants will have:

  • Developed a greater understanding of each other -how the new leader wants to manage, what he/she feels the team members responsibilities are, and what the work group wants and needs from the new leader
  • Identified potential problem areas and agreed on ways to approach them
  • Established the "ground rules" for working together to achieve maximum effectiveness
  • Built a solid foundation on which to achieve mutually agreed upon goal

New Team Workshop

Similar to the New Leader Workshop described above, this workshop will enable team members (and their leader) to:

  • Develop a greater understanding about each other, including hopes, concerns and expectations
  • Identify potential transition problems and develop action plans to address them
  • Establish the "ground rules' for effectively working together
  • Build a solid foundation to support the group's efforts to achieve its goals
