One-on-One Coaching

Qualified resources provide confidential executive coaching to help high-potential managers identify opportunities for enhanced effectiveness. The coach offers the individual insight, motivation and suggestions and works with them to develop an action plan and personal accountability measurements. These services are appropriate for leaders wanting to enhance their effectiveness in their current position, individuals who will be leading new teams or organizations, or to help prepare high potential individuals for positions of increasing responsibility. Services can be provided by Georgia Tech internal Organizational Development coaches or through a network of external coaches.

Leadership & Management Assessments

Four assessments, including the Leadership Practices Inventory, the Campbell Leadership Descriptor, the Management Effectiveness Profile, and the Leadership Effectiveness Assessment, are available to help employees identify and hone their leadership skills and abilities.  Click here for more information.

Master Series Executive Development Program

The workforce of the 21st century has changed the way employers must recruit, retain, and develop people in order to have a competitive advantage.
