Employee Resource Groups Home

At Georgia Tech, we focus on engaging faculty, staff, and students representing an array of backgrounds, perspectives, interests and talents. This means going beyond seeking out and inviting diverse talent to join us; it means welcoming, valuing, and promoting diversity in all its forms.
The Office of Human Resources has created six Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support the Institute’s efforts to ensure employees have a greater sense of belonging. These voluntary employee associations, organized around common dimensions of diversity, are designed to offer forums where like-minded employees can feel valued, respected, and celebrated.
