Job Structures

The job structures for classified staff employees will now help segment our workforce and group similiar work.  Segmenting Georgia Tech’s large and diverse workforce into multiple salary grade structures will allow the Institute to better respond to marketplace trends and provide a framework for career movement for employees.   Effective March 1, 2011, the following salary grade structures will exist for classified staff employees:
