Assessment services provided by OOD include both the administration of the process and interpretation of the results.
Services offered include:
Leadership & Management Assessments:
Four assessments, including the Leadership Practices Inventory, the Campbell Leadership Descriptor, the Management Effectiveness Profile, and the Leadership Effectiveness Assessment, are available to help employees identify and hone their leadership skills and abilities.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicators:
These questionnaires are designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.  The results can be applied to four important components of professional development, which follow: communication, change management, decision making, and conflict management.
DiSC:
The 4 dimensions of the DiSC (Dominance, influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) enable employees to identify and capitalize on their strengths by helping individuals to better respond to the communication needs of other people.
Life Styles Inventory:
The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) measures 12 specific styles or patterns of thinking that can either help or hinder a person from reaching his or her potential.
