Prior Week Accomplishments:

• Completed ATS Implementation Kick-Off Meeting.

Goals for the Week of June 21st:

• The Functional System Configuration team conducted initial meetings with ATS Vendor to plan the Requisition, Hiring Manager and Applicant experience requirements.
• Communication Plan was presented to the Project Management Team.
• Communications Team met with Georgia Tech’s Communications and Marketing organization to discuss the redesign of the current Careers @ Georgia Tech website.
• Finalized ATS Technical Implementation Kick-Off meeting.

Action Items/Deliverables:

• Continue identifying content needed for the following processes: Requisition Request, Applicant Profile and Applicant Application.
