The Talent Acquisition team has implemented several new enhancements to the Applicant Tracking System. Please view the improvements that have been made to Taleo listed below:

New Tools & Functionality Enhancements
- JCCS job descriptions and job grades are replacing the current job description templates. Please note that not all job descriptions have been completed in the JCCS. As the remaining JCCS job descriptions are completed, the ATS job description templates will be updated.
- Below is a screenshot of the “Description-Basic Qualifications” section. This information is pulled from the JCCS job description. In some cases, recruiting consultants will still be able to make minor changes to this section (i.e. if a specific department reference needs to be removed or minor aesthetic changes are needed).

- Below is a screenshot of the “Qualifications” section. A template is now provided to allow the requisition preparer to add departmental/organizational preferences related to the position. If the department/organization does not have any related preferences, the requisition preparer should enter “N/A” after “Preferred Qualifications”. To preserve consistency in the job postings across the campus, please maintain the template format.

- Ability to collapse the HTML toolbar has been added.

- When approving a salary offer in the ATS, the screen seen below will appear. The system now displays added details related to the requisition via blue PDF hyperlinks on the approval panel.

- When approving the salary offer via the Request Approval (E-Share) feature, the screen seen below will appear. The system now displays added details related to the requisition via blue PDF hyperlinks on the approval panel.

- A Bookmark & Share Feature is now available on each job postings in order to share with friends via LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Process & Procedure Enhancements
- A “Validated PeopleSoft Position Number” is now required when a requisition is created. Please provide a validated PeopleSoft Position Number to minimize a delay with posting the requisition. Talent Acquisition will verify the accuracy of the position number prior to positing a requisition.
